Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I receive my certification once I've completed the training? A: Upon completion, we notify Texas Realtors that YOU are certified. Following their confirmation, they will send your certification to you directly.
Q: What happens if I fail the tests within the course? A: That's okay! The courses (as well as the tests) are put in place to help you LEARN the concepts. There is no need to worry about the scores, they are simply there to allow us to see you've completed the courses altogether.
